I have been working here at Brookdale for a short time, but I immediately felt like I was part of a family. Staff is super friendly and attentive. I am always greeted with a smile upon entering the community by a receptionist. Our ED is friendly and very responsive. Our sales team is thorough and love helping seniors find the right home.

I can honestly say that this Brookdale is one of the BEST I’ve worked with in over 20 years of experience. I recently moved my dear uncle into this facility, from out of state, and the whole team has been just fabulous to work with! The entire staff is lovely. Troy Byington has been our director here at Anaheim, California for 3 years, and we here at Brookdale Anaheim hope he will be here for many years. I've been a resident here for 8 years. During those years I've been a resident, I have known 3 directors, Troy being the last one and by far the most able. He does not just stay in his office all day. He visits with us and sees to our wants and needs. He is so approachable and kind. He stops by our tables during meals and is so comfortable speaking with us and seeing to our wants and needs. He regularly sends us emails telling us who is new to our building, whether new residents or staff. He keeps us informed about what is going on. I hope he stays here a very long time because he has made living here a very enjoyable, safe, and informed time.
