Great facility for your loved one. However, there is something to be said about staff reserving spots for themselves when policy dictates there isn't any reserve parking spots. It's been brought up to staff a few times (over several months) and well, it's been kind of swept under the rug (ignored or played dumb), so here we are. Saw this recently while visiting (see picture). So now apparently, they are "reserving" spots for a church pastor and whatever manager keeps doing it? I didn't realize it was a church. The family members of the ones that live there shouldn't have to walk further.
Excellent initial tour with Jaydell at the Meridian. The facility is clean and beautiful. The residents are engaged and have many opportunities to socialize and be productive. The information packet Jaydell provided was thorough and in addition she is very kind and knowledgeable while she answered all of our questions.
I reside out of state and recently inquired about this retirement home for a relative, and I was thoroughly impressed with Jessica's service. She was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. She took time to answer all of my questions and provided me with a virtual tour, which gave me a great sense of the community and amenities. Her professionalism and attention to detail made the experience stress-free and reassuring. I highly recommend this retirement home for anyone looking for a caring and supportive environment for their loved one.
We love the Meridian. We moved my in-laws into independent care a year ago and recently had to move one into assisted care and one into memory care there. The compassion the staff have and the help with the details has been amazing! I can’t recommend them enough!
Jessica, from the Meridian, is truly exceptional. Presently, I'm exploring options for my elderly parents' living arrangements. Jessica graciously conducted an initial tour, and subsequently, I brought my parents and my aunt for a closer inspection. Throughout, her warmth and understanding shone brightly. My mom, who tends to be quite stubborn, is struggling to embrace the necessity for her and my dad to take the next steps toward ensuring their safety and well-being. In the coming months, I'm optimistic that we can persuade my mom that it's okay to make the transition and that she'll find greater happiness by trusting the process. I'm confident that when the time comes to take the leap, Jessica will ensure the entire process is smooth and comfortable.
