I was invited to the thanksgiving lunch at Arcadia Gardens where my dad Robert lives and it was truly a great experience. The decorations were beautiful, the music was amazing, and you could really feel the effort the staff put into making the lunch special. I especially want to recognize Flor the Memory Care Director and her team. They were so warm, attentive, and caring with all the residents. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and it means a lot to families like mine. Overall it was a great time and I’m grateful my dad is in such a caring community.

There are places that simply provide care, and then there are places that become family. Arcadia Gardens Retirement Hotel became exactly that for my grandmother during the final chapter of her life. Making the decision to move a loved one into assisted living is one of the hardest choices a family can make. We worried constantly about whether she would be safe, comfortable, and treated with the kindness she deserved. From the moment she arrived, the staff at Arcadia Gardens put those fears to rest. Every person we encountered treated my grandmother with patience, dignity, and genuine compassion. They didn't just complete tasks—they took the time to know her, comfort her, and make her feel valued. Even as her health declined and dementia progressed, she was never treated as anything less than a person deserving of respect and love. The staff also cared deeply for our family. They answered questions, kept us informed, and showed incredible kindness during an emotionally overwhelming time. When hospice became involved and my grandmother entered her final days, everyone worked together seamlessly to ensure she remained comfortable and surrounded by people who truly cared. One of the things that stood out most was the consistency of the care. We never had to wonder whether someone would show up or whether our concerns would be taken seriously. Every interaction reflected professionalism, warmth, and a sincere commitment to the residents. No place can make saying goodbye easy, but Arcadia Gardens gave our family tremendous peace of mind. We were able to spend our time simply being grandchildren and family members instead of constantly worrying about her care. That is a gift we will never forget. To every caregiver, nurse, administrator, dining staff member, and employee who showed kindness to my grandmother—thank you. Your compassion mattered more than you probably realize. You helped make one of the most difficult seasons of our lives a little more bearable, and for that we will always be grateful. If you're looking for a place where your loved one will be treated with dignity, patience, and genuine compassion, I wholeheartedly recommend Arcadia Gardens Retirement Hotel. They cared for my grandmother with kindness until the very end, and our family will always remember that.

My father lived in the memory care unit at Arcadia Gardens. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. He was not able to walk or feed himself and they took care of his needs with compassion and maintained his dignity to the end of his life. The facility was clean and carefully maintained. Our family always felt welcome and valued when we visited. I’m very grateful that we found Arcadia Gardens.

DO NOT SEND ANY LOVED ONE TO LIVE HERE!!! None of the staff cares about their residents. They put on a really good show when visitors are present and when they invite family members for events but the lack of care they have for patients when no one’s around is just inhumane. Their is no empathy towards their residents for the amount of money we are paying for their care is just unacceptable. Most of the staff looks unqualified and I even wonder if this place allows their staff to work with the appropriate credentials. Everytime I visit my father it always seems like they can never get a staff member in a reasonable amount of time. At this point I feel like me and my family have provided more care to my father than all the staff in the entire building can do. I don’t know if these employees are not happy working here in this run down retirement home but they shouldn’t work a heavy care giving related job or any job in health care if they are going to neglect their patients. I can only wonder what goes on when the residents family members are not present. I hope every resident in this place gets recognized and the help they deserve from this abusive and neglective nursing home. This place needs to be investigated and I bet it will no longer be around afterwards. If you love your loved one you will not make the mistake of believing this place and what they can offer. They do nothing but deceive so they can get their money
