I have frequently visited this community and seen this amazing staff tend to the residents in the community with the utmost kindness and care. Every time I come to the community it feels like home, I am greeted with a smile and a warm hug from residents and staff. I bring my little dog with me and the activities director Maria always borrows him the moment I walk in so the residents can love and pet him for pet therapy. The community itself is full of life and the moment you walk in the energy of joy is palpable. The grounds are lush and green and the cottages themselves are clean, well maintained and very cozy. I would absolutely recommend Newport Mesa Senior Living for your loved one!

This is such a great place to be! The outdoor area is really nice; something you don’t see in a lot of memory care communities. The staff here has been around for years, so turnover is super low, and you can really feel that stability. They also get a ton of volunteers throughout the week, especially on Saturdays, which makes the place feel so lively. Even visiting professionals, like hospice liaisons, often say this is one of their favorite communities to come to because of the friendly team and how well the residents are thriving.

I was genuinely impressed by the staff and facilities at Newport Mesa Senior Living. Having to come to the hard decision to move my grandmother from home care to a facility was hard, but the forethought and planning in case of episodes was impressive. I have been a teacher for 22 years and these strategies they use to help residents to express their feelings while keeping them safe are the same we use in a school setting. I appreciate the facility empowering residents to take action in a safe space. Liam was a wonderful guide and so helpful. He put our concerns first and made me feel as if they had really thought of everything. He was wonderful.

If i could give this zero stars, i would. I highly recommend to not put your loved one in this community. The staff hardly cares about their residents. They are only changed twice in the morning and by the second time they are soaked in their own feces. They are left at the tables with no activities. The staff are inefficient and will do whatever they can to cut corners. Im not sure how any of them can go home and not feel incredibly guilty after a days work. These are human beings living here that shouldn't be talked to like their children. I am truly disgusted by the people in the office that lets things slide. If you have a loved one here, i highly recommend reconsidering. The kitchen is disgusting, roaches, gnats, mold.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this beautiful memory care community. I am in the senior care industry and I have personally visited multiple memory care communities across OrangeCounty for the past 15 years. I can honestly say that Pacifica one of my top favorites! The moment you walk into there beautiful courtyard or activity room, you'll see all the residents very happy and well cared for. Every time I stop by they are doing engaging activities, listening to music, and living life! The caregivers are loving as is the entire staff. They are one big happy family. I would trust them with any of my family members or friends loved ones and I highly recommend them.
