If there would be 6 stars, I would give it to them! This facility is ran by the most detail oriented, amazing, quick-to respond ladies. Crystene (the director) and Zugey have made my life easier after the turmoil I've been through trying to find a place for my 84 year-old aunt--a very difficult woman. These ladies are ON IT. From Rosie the receptionist (a doll), to Irina in accounting, from the nurses to the entire staff; this place is clean, spotless, open, positive, with a lot of light coming through the windows of common areas and apartments. It has a lovely patio, a big dinning room, and the food they serve is also delicious and fresh. ANYTHING I have ever needed or asked to the director or Zugey, they always try to accommodate my needs, from the get-go I felt like home with these women. They have affordable pricing, a friendly staff, and a very highly organized operation. I can't thank Atria enough for all your hard work of taking care of our loved ones. Thank you Crystene, Zugey, Rosie, and all of the amazing team at Atria for making my aunt feel at home!
Placed my father at Atria Covina with a slight amount of apprehension since this was my first experience dealing with a care facility. I vetted other care homes in the general area and finally made my decision to place my father at Atria. I must say that the process went smoothly and the pricing was very reasonable. My dad is very happy with his new home and I’ve noticed he’s become more lucid and engaging with others. Deana and Alondra have been great with this new transition. Alondra even recalculated the initial “level of care” prices now that my dad needs less assistance.
Dad has been very happy here since we moved him in a year ago. The staff is fantastic, the food is varied and very good, the daily activities are plentiful, transportation is offered for appointments, and outings to various places are offered as well. We are all happy we made the move.
The staff is so nice the kitchen is so sweet the front desk everyone there is so nice very lovely and homie vibe to it ❤️
I've been working with sales associate Deana Guerrero for several years and have helped several seniors sell their home and move into this facility. The staff is always friendly, supportive and skilled. Their residence always saying the ambiance here is comfortable and feels like home.
