Had the pleasure of visiting and helping out at this facility , and let me say residents are very well taken care of. I worked along side of caregiver named Maria B from night shift , she’s amazing at her job . I was impressed on how well she knew every aspect of the residents from personalities to like and dislikes , most importantly I enjoyed and loved seeing her interaction and how loving she is with each one of them . I could tell right away she loves her job . Thank you Maria B , you are Angel .
This place should be shut down by health department! They do not treat not protect their patients at all. Couple of patients have been suffering from scabies and they respond is “we do not know when and how it started and we cannot control it”. They sent my uncle 10 times to hospital for emergency, if you read the reports from ER it never was an emergency. Couple of nurses are soooooo rude to patients that other patients would report to us how badly some of them are being treated at this facility. On top of all of this their phone number never works and even if you finally able to get a hold of someone to talk to the owner, the message either never gets to him or he never calls back. Horrible please! If you can save your loved ones do it before it is too late.
I recently toured Glen Park Senior Living and was genuinely impressed by the warmth and professionalism of the entire team especially Edwin Sanchez, who kindly accommodated me from the moment I arrived at the facility. I felt welcomed and well-informed right away. Edwin explain everything and provided a clear overview of the services and amenities offered. The community is clean, thoughtfully designed, and has a warm, home-like atmosphere. It’s clear that the residents are well cared for, and the staff truly puts their hearts into creating a comfortable and supportive environment. If you're looking for a senior living community for a loved one, I highly recommend visiting Glen Park. It’s a place where compassion and quality care come together beautifully.
