My mother moved in last year and has been very happy to be a resident. The staff is extremely helpful as well as friendly and the activities are varied and plentiful. I would highly recommend the Meridian for your loved one.
I toured with Regina who was very nice and explained the misinformation that the company continues to post on Zillow. They state a number of open units for significantly less than the actual price of the apartment. I like the apartments but the advertising feels like bait and switch. None of these are available - but are listed on Zillow.

Meridian at Laguna hills is a very dark poorly configured residence from a converted hotel. With minimal inviting shared spaces, residence resort to gathering at the lobby in search for interaction. Further, the fee structure is full of extra charges that are completely unreasonable (laundry fees, food tray delivery and pick up fees if you are sick).
We took a tour of the Meridian Senior care facility today 4/10/26. Regina led us through the rooms, and told us about their offerings. My husband will be staying there while I visit family. It’s a clean, comfortable safe and interesting place to have any family member. We look forward to working with Meridian in the future!
