My first experience with the Meridian was with Regina, the leasing manager. I was abroad looking for a place for my father and Regina bent over backwards to assist me. She always asked how she could help and had a caring, friendly personality. I also interacted a lot with Cheryle, the office manager. Cheryle was also super helpful and caring all the time. Really top notch people. In terms of the rooms, food and facilities, my dad told me the food was very good and the rooms are nice. There are also a lot of activities available.
Just want to say thank you to Regina, the leasing manager, for all the customer service she showed us. From the moment we stepped into the Meridian we knew it was the right place for our mother. Regina was very kind, compassionate and professional navigating the process of finding the best room to touring the facility and answering all our questions. The staff at the Meridian are equally caring and efficient. The Meridian is a clean, warm and inviting environment when trying to find a place for a parent. Thank you again Regina and all the staff!,
The staff is very friendly. The Sales Manager, Regina, is very helpful—always is smiling and ready to assist you in any way. It is a lovely place and well kept. The restaurant serves delicious meals. The people that live here seem happy and friendly, so that makes me conclude that they are satisfied with their home here.
It's been a pleasure from the start dealing with Meridian team. Leasing process is exceptional and the epitome of customer service mileage. This is a very beautiful place with lots of amenities. During the tour it's noticeable that residents are having a nice time. Highly-recommended!
I was really impressed at what The Meridian offers. Beautiful large apartments, well kept grounds, including a rose garden, lots of activities, large pool and outdoor sitting, delicious looking food, large lobby, and a place that I will definitely consider as I age.
