I have been a resident here for almost 2 years, and I really enjoy living here. The staff here is fantastic. We have the servers who serve us our meals all day, and we have our caregivers who take care of us morning, noon, and night. Then we have the Med Techs, the people we trust in giving us all of our medication in the right dose at the right time. I think all of them are great, but I am very fond of her Stephanie, and Emma. They are the best!
Hi Cara- I would like you and your staff know how much we appreciate each of you. My cousin Elaine has been a resident for 2 years and she tells us repeatedly how wonderful each person who assists her is. Pat and I visit 3 to 4 times each week and we are always impressed by the smiling faces and upbeat attitudes we see. Without exception, we find every person on the staff to be very helpful. We had the Wonderful opportunity to have my dad stay this last year at Ivy Park Wellington. The experience was absolutely extraordinary… Way more than I ever expected. Everything about it was wonderful and specifically the young ladies that helped Him On a daily basis . In particular Particular “The beautiful Stephanie” as my dad referred to her was an absolute angel her helpfulness her care, her concern, her empathy, her general love, and Kindness towards my dad was beyond a blessing for my whole family. My dad on a daily basis would tell me how good she was to him and how pleasant she always always was no matter how hard her day was. She is a gem of a human being and is situated. In a profession that suits her amazingly. She was so very approachable and kind every single time I was there made me feel so good that my dad was in an angel‘s hands.💕💕
We had a Wonderful Tour of Ivy Park of Wellington . The pricing was very competitive and the facilities were very well maintained. Everyone was friendly and we had a delightful afternoon!
I moved my mom here from her original home she lived in for 70 years. I knew the transition would be challenging. I have to say the facility is great in that it is nice layout and my mom can find her way around very easily from apartment. Food and menus are great and quality is excellent. What makes this place so great though is the entire staff at Ivy of Wellington. I cannot say enough great things about everyone I have dealt with in the past 7 months! More importantly, my mom has adjusted very well and this has become her new home! I would highly recommend Ivy to anyone looking for a senior living community.
