I'm not kidding when I say this place has THE best management and staff in any of the facilities I have been to! The residents ALWAYS come first and each one is given the utmost attention with their needs. The management - spearheaded by the Administrator, Jenni Gordon and Executive Director, Seth Bienstock are compassionate and driven leaders ready to provide the best care possible to every single resident that walks inside Regent Villa's doors. They are extremely talented, capable and wise people who understand that the staff are also an integral part of the residents' continuum of care, and they make sure that staff feel highly valued and are whole-heartedly supported in their growth at the forefront of the residents' care. With that said, this is the place where you'll find staff who are HAPPY, passionate and EAGER to go above and beyond to make sure that the residents are receiving the best care possible and living a meaningful, and purpose-driven life in the years to come! The staff are also highly-competent and take pride in the work that they do. In fact, they are one of the 1st facilities to secure the COVID vaccines/COVID testing clinics during the peak of the pandemic when it was most needed for one! They advocate for their residents and even provide assistance with programs to those who qualify to give them another chance in life! They work closely with their residents' loved ones, care team (case managers, conservators/POAs, medical providers etc.) to ensure everyone involved are headed towards the same goals. The Activities Director, Nicole has a huge heart and is so passionate about coming up with activities & events that the residents look forward to, she brings a lot of color and joy in their everyday! The residents are happy and find comfort knowing they have a care team who are reliable, trustworthy and will not let them down. The residents are also pleasant and approachable! The building is clean, organized and well-maintained. There's staff within the premises 24/7. Regent Villa truly feels like HOME. Regent Villa is wonderful place to work, the residents are a joyful energetic bunch. My coworkers are kind and it's just a tight nit community. I'm very grateful for the opportunity to be a part of Regent Villa.

I highly recommend this assisted living! The staff really works well with the residents’ needs. They continue to work with their families as well to ensure that they are well taken cared of. It would bring you and your family a sense of peace knowing that their residents are loved by the staff and treated with such! I have always been impressed by Nicole’s (ALW Director) dedication to her work. I saw the kindness of the staff and everything that this community offers. I don't usually write reviews, but the staff at Regent Villa was super kind and helpful with my families needs, especially Nicole. we fell Nicole genuinely wanted to help us and answered all of our questions like a true professional and she made us feel like family! I just wanted to say a big, THANK YOU!

A year and a half ago, my family was at a loss on how we can provide our 95 yo mother a place where her psychosocial needs will be met while maintaining her independence. Just before that, she had experienced major life events all in one year, and in our efforts to prevent her in spiralling down to loneliness , we thought an Assisted Living will be a perfect place for her. An angel in disguise led us to Regent Villa who opened their door to my mother and we couldn't have been happier with her decision to give Regent Villa a chance. The staff (even some residents ), were very friendly, welcoming and accomodating not only to our mom, but the family as well, and continue to do so to this day. As my mother's advocate, I have never met such caring people who go out of their way to provide and fight for my mother's healthcare needs. Jenni and Nicole worked with me on end to to get my mother's medical and healthcare needs in order. The caregivers, med techs, nurses, Karina and Kathy are simply wonderful people. The kindness, thoughtfullness, professionalism and family atmosphere in this facility is top charts. You can see the happiness, comfort, satisfaction and peace of mind in my mother's demeanor and smile as she walks the halls and lobby of the facility. The residents look happy and that goes to show they are in a good place. I can sleep peacefully at night knowing that mother is in good hands.
