As a social worker, I’ve had the opportunity to place several residents at Regent Villa Assisted Living Facility, and I’ve consistently been impressed with the level of care and compassion provided. Jenni, the Administrator, is incredibly dedicated and passionate about her work. She truly cares about the well-being of each resident and goes above and beyond to ensure they feel safe, respected, and supported. Nicole, the Marketer, is always welcoming and kind. She greets families and staff with empathy and is always willing to help however she can. Her professionalism and warmth make the placement process much smoother for both residents and their families. It’s a great feeling to know that the residents I refer are in good hands. Regent Villa is a facility I trust and highly recommend to families looking for a supportive and caring environment for their loved ones.

We had to look for a place for my Granddad who recently went to a nursing home for rehabilitation. We were referred to Regent Villa by a family friend. Their business representative Nichole helped us all throughout the process which we're beyond grateful for. The place is nice and clean. Not only are the staff very welcoming and accommodating but they also make sure to maintain an environment that feels like home for my Lolo and the rest of the residents there.

I was skeptical on where to place my mother as she wouldn't be in my car but I wanted a friendly loving warm environment for her to move into where she could make new friends but also have positivity around her to keep her spirits up. Regent exceeded my expectations They are caring , sincere and actually care about their residents all the way down to the attention to detail they put into their activities for the residents to keep busy having fun. Thank you Regent for providing a clean, loving safe family like environment for my mother!

I’m writing this review out of deep gratitude and utmost respect for all the staff at Regent Villa. A special thank you to Nicole—who, without a doubt, has gone above and beyond every step of the way. When I first toured Regent Villa, it was the third or fourth facility I had visited. Placing a loved one in care is never an easy decision. It brings so many emotions—guilt, worry, and a lot of uncertainty. But from the moment we found Regent Villa, that weight began to lift. This community has truly become a second home for our loved one, who has now been here for over a year. The warmth and compassion of the staff are felt in every interaction. They don’t just show up for work—they show up with heart. Nicole has been phenomenal. She keeps us informed with regular updates, coordinates everything seamlessly—from doctor’s appointments to OT and PT—and involves families through thoughtful events and communication. I also want to give a big thank you to Miguel. He plays a key role in coordinating outings and ensuring smooth “out on pass” experiences when our loved one wants to go on a trip or leave the facility for a short time. He works closely to supply medications, follow doctors’ orders, and make sure everything is handled with care and attention. Regent Villa has given us something invaluable: peace of mind. Knowing our loved one is safe, supported, and genuinely cared for means everything. If you’re in the difficult position of exploring care options, I encourage you to schedule a tour.
