As a social worker, I’ve had the opportunity to place several residents at Regent Villa Assisted Living Facility, and I’ve consistently been impressed with the level of care and compassion provided. Jenni, the Administrator, is incredibly dedicated and passionate about her work. She truly cares about the well-being of each resident and goes above and beyond to ensure they feel safe, respected, and supported. Nicole, the Marketer, is always welcoming and kind. She greets families and staff with empathy and is always willing to help however she can. Her professionalism and warmth make the placement process much smoother for both residents and their families. It’s a great feeling to know that the residents I refer are in good hands. Regent Villa is a facility I trust and highly recommend to families looking for a supportive and caring environment for their loved ones.

I’m writing this review out of deep gratitude and utmost respect for all the staff at Regent Villa. A special thank you to Nicole—who, without a doubt, has gone above and beyond every step of the way. When I first toured Regent Villa, it was the third or fourth facility I had visited. Placing a loved one in care is never an easy decision. It brings so many emotions—guilt, worry, and a lot of uncertainty. But from the moment we found Regent Villa, that weight began to lift. This community has truly become a second home for our loved one, who has now been here for over a year. The warmth and compassion of the staff are felt in every interaction. They don’t just show up for work—they show up with heart. Nicole has been phenomenal. She keeps us informed with regular updates, coordinates everything seamlessly—from doctor’s appointments to OT and PT—and involves families through thoughtful events and communication. I also want to give a big thank you to Miguel. He plays a key role in coordinating outings and ensuring smooth “out on pass” experiences when our loved one wants to go on a trip or leave the facility for a short time. He works closely to supply medications, follow doctors’ orders, and make sure everything is handled with care and attention. Regent Villa has given us something invaluable: peace of mind. Knowing our loved one is safe, supported, and genuinely cared for means everything. If you’re in the difficult position of exploring care options, I encourage you to schedule a tour. Came in from Los Angeles looking for a new home for my uncle. From the start the facility was very welcoming and inviting. Nicole was the name of the young lady that gave us a tour and basically a run down of how my uncle would be living should we decide to go with their facility. He has been there for 6 months now and loves it. His words to me "This place is nice , clean they take care of me very well and have things set up like activities to help make my days less boring and long. Also very supportive when I may be having a bad day here and there , thank you nephew "

I'm not kidding when I say this place has THE best management and staff in any of the facilities I have been to! The residents ALWAYS come first and each one is given the utmost attention with their needs. The management - spearheaded by the Administrator, Jenni Gordon and Executive Director, Seth Bienstock are compassionate and driven leaders ready to provide the best care possible to every single resident that walks inside Regent Villa's doors. They are extremely talented, capable and wise people who understand that the staff are also an integral part of the residents' continuum of care, and they make sure that staff feel highly valued and are whole-heartedly supported in their growth at the forefront of the residents' care. With that said, this is the place where you'll find staff who are HAPPY, passionate and EAGER to go above and beyond to make sure that the residents are receiving the best care possible and living a meaningful, and purpose-driven life in the years to come! The staff are also highly-competent and take pride in the work that they do. In fact, they are one of the 1st facilities to secure the COVID vaccines/COVID testing clinics during the peak of the pandemic when it was most needed for one! They advocate for their residents and even provide assistance with programs to those who qualify to give them another chance in life! They work closely with their residents' loved ones, care team (case managers, conservators/POAs, medical providers etc.) to ensure everyone involved are headed towards the same goals. The Activities Director, Nicole has a huge heart and is so passionate about coming up with activities & events that the residents look forward to, she brings a lot of color and joy in their everyday! The residents are happy and find comfort knowing they have a care team who are reliable, trustworthy and will not let them down. The residents are also pleasant and approachable! The building is clean, organized and well-maintained. There's staff within the premises 24/7. Regent Villa truly feels like HOME.
