My sister is getting the best care ever. Each and every staff member is caring, attentive, friendly and so kind! The food is gourmet, served like in the most elegant restaurants. The rooms are bright, beautiful and spotless. The healthcare is professional and reliable. They have stimulating activities and outings daily. I’m so grateful for the loving care my sister is receiving. It gives me the peace of mind and confidence that she could not be in better hands.
I am so grateful to have found City View. I was so impressed with the administrator Dawna B from the moment we met. I simply walked in one day looking for a placement for my family friend. Dawna is kind, compassionate and so well suited for this position. She is attentive and clear in her explanations of how things work. She is charismatic and someone who makes you feel welcome and that she knows what you are going through. Dawna and her team gave me a tour of the facility and especially the memory care floor which is what we needed. We get off the elevator and see that there is a lot of staff working with the residents and reassuring them and redirecting them when needed. They have a lovely open air patio that is in the center of the donut shaped floor plan that everyone can access by just walking through the door. I especially love the donut floor plan as one can walk a continuous circle without getting lost and also get your steps in. You do not feel claustrophobic and can keep walking freely all day if you want. They have an activities program and keep the residents occupied with Bingo and crafts and also field trips to Target so they have an off campus experience. The finance office keeps tabs of their spending money that we deposit from time to time. The meds nurses call me when medication is getting low or for whatever my loved one needs. I come in for visits when I want and always find my friend well cared for and happy. We have been to another facility before, and I have found my friend’s grooming to be lacking. At City View, he is clean and properly dressed and teeth brushed. I highly recommend City View Assisted Living. I am sure it is so well run because Dawna B is overseeing operations, and that gives me a lot of comfort.
If you are looking for a trusted place for your loved one, look no further than CityView! Dawna B. is very professional and an efficient manager (it shows). She explained the process and gave a detailed tour of the installation. She was also very kind and empathetic. Now my loved one is in memory care. Hanna M., the Memory Care Director, is attentive, and all of her staff (nurses, aides, maintenance, and housekeeping) are warm and kind. They are always ready to help with a smile! My loved one adapted quickly. She enjoys the activities and the great view, while she appreciates the daily hard work and kindness of the CityView's staff, and is still aware of these important details. I really enjoyed visiting my loved one. I went almost every day at different times, and the staff always took care of the senior residents with dedication and kindness. The ladies at the reception desk are so nice and warm. Even though they are busy, they still give you a smile.
