We enjoyed our visit to the Village. The dinner was absolutely out of this world. I had the lobster and it was delicious. We had a five course meal. The tour was exceptional with Miss Hernandez who is very knowledgeable. The housing area was gorgeous and so are the amenities.. There are quite a lot of people in wheelchairs and walkers and with canes., which was somewhat disconcerting to see. Additionally, many of the memory care patients were waiting for seating in the dining hall as well. Although it is a beautiful place with many of the amenities, we feel that we are not old enough to be moving to the village at this time.
I have lived in the Villagio apartments for over 10 years, and I am eager to share my experience with anyone looking for an apartment in Northridge. The Complex is beautiful and well kept. I have stayed here because the units are spacious and some include a washer and dryer. Our apartment has a fireplace and feels cozy during the rainy season. The pool and BBQ area are freshly renovated and the gym is clean. The location is in a prime area conveniently close to the local mall, Costco,Best Buy, Restaurants and coffee shops. The maintenance team and the office staff are prompt at resolving any issues in the unit and the building. Overall my experience has been a positive one and I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a beautiful and safe neighborhood.
I was most impressed by my visit and tour of the Village in Northridge on Tuesday, January 14, 2025. The most impressive and attractive aspect of this facility is its entry flexibility, meaning to me that there is no significant up front investment that has to be or may be returned later. i really like that feature. The tour guide was fantastic. Her explanations were very clear as she explained each area we viewed. Also, she offered to quickly respond to any later questions I may have. The food was also fantastic. The key question for me is now how to plan for and execute the transition to a very desirable place like this. Believe me, that's exactly what I am going to do starting now. George Johnson
A lovely woman named Jeanette took me around to see your facility. I was very impressed with everything I saw. We are looking for a place for my mother-in-law but I would be happy there if I needed a place. Everything was high end and everyone was friendly. I would highly recommend the Village.
Beware of housekeeping don't keep jewlery there. They steal. Very nice facility friendly staff, lovley people, it was shocking and I was so disappointed I took my mom out of there. I thought it was a safe place. Your esteemed colleagues inquired about the theft. Text messages:) moving forward but a warning had been put in place.
