Thank you so much for the great care you have given my Mom and Dad, My wife and I came to Visit this past week end , brought our children the food was wonderful in the main dinning area , staff was so kind . Kids enjoyed the Mini Golf. My parents are well cared for . The staff are wonderful , place is clean Lots of activities Dad is a Marine Corp Vet and enjoys the balcony veiw with Amercan flag and the courtyard area .Mom enjoys the Garden Club . Thank you again
Alex provided excellent service, in fact the entire management staff was very welcoming and have us 5 star treatment while answering our questions and giving us a grand tour. This is grand living and we can't wait to return ! Btw this place is super clean and smells clean! Loved itttttttt
Pasadena Highlands is amazing for my grandmom. Audrey, now 92, has received specialized care now for the past 5 years. Everything that is unique about her is a great fit at Pasadena Highlands. She is a 80+ year resident of Pasadena which makes it even more wonderful. Cynthia is the person to contact at the residence. The day is much happier getting time for a meeting with Cynthia!
I was indeed fortunate to have my husband accepted and embraced by the Pasadena Highlands assisted living community two years ago. He has a spacious apartment overlooking the beautiful grounds, perfect for him to self manage with his wheelchair. My husband was in assisted living for nine years prior to PH, and was surprised and delighted at how genuinely friendly his fellow residents are at PH. And the welcoming atmosphere of all the staff and caregivers. Quite a step up in quality of care. We feel so blessed to be part of this community. My husband especially enjoys utilizing the gym and meeting his special group of friends for dinner each night. We can’t say enough about the positives that PH has brought to our lives. I have true peace of mind knowing my husband is safe and well-taken care of. And I am grateful for this opportunity to share our positive experience with others.
