My 101 year old Aunt lives at Brookdale Rancho Mirage. The caring staff are a godsend. I would recommend Brookdale to anyone. Excellent caring staff, great food, fun & numerous activities, and a very tight community of residents. Thank you!
We were there this morning to visit because my dog Dee Dee is part of Animal Samaritans. We were there for 1 1/2 hours, and the residents and Dee Dee had a great time together. She visited with everyone in the group, and everyone was very happy to be with her because she did not bark, but let them know she was very comfortable being there.
Such a friendly staff, always upbeat and positive!! So enjoyed Delia and her Christian character. Helping George use his words with patience and music!
I have been very pleased with the way Brookdale Mirage has been taking care of my 86 year old mother. They allow her as much independence as possible, but if there is an accident or an emergency, they are there with me the whole time. It makes me feel good that they know my mom well and care about her.
My Mom lives at Brookdale in the memory care in Rancho Mirage, CA. The team there is amazing. The care she gets from the team is compassionate and caring. They keep her busy with activities and community companionship with her peers every single day. My Mom is thriving. Additionally we also use the "Brookdale at Home" companion services to give my Mom some additional 1:1 time. Sharon and the companion team come to take my Mom for a walk, ice cream treat, to a doctor's appointment... They too are amazing and help to round out my Mom's experience at Brookdale. As a family who sees our Mom 2-3 days a week we couldn't be more grateful and we see the impact of care given by the entire Brookdale team with every visit we make. Thank you Brookdale, Patrick C.
