Welbrook is an amazing memory care facility. My dad’s lived there for over 2 years and has had the best care. I’m so grateful to the staff and administrators for all the love and support they give the residents and their families.
Welbrook has been a wonderful home for my stepmother. After suffering the complete loss of her home and former life, we found a place that is compassionate, embracing., and very professional in Welbrook. They have made the transition to this new phase of her life nearly seamless. Our family is very satisfied in the complete care giving that Welbrook has provided. We couldn’t be happier!
It was a hard decision to relocate my mother from another memory care out of state as change can be difficult. But Welbrook has been very good for my mother. The staff is kind and caring, they all know her by name. The activities director is great and they have activities going on all day to keep the residents engaged. It’s a clean, welcoming, well-run residence. I’m much happier knowing my mom is nearby and well cared for, and I can come visit her regularly and help her as needed.
Welbrook is a very well run facility. The residents are treated like family. The staff somehow knows just how to keep everyone happy. It is relatively new and state of the art. The employees couldn’t be nicer if they tried. I believe the management is great at keeping their employees happy, and that leads to very little turnover. I couldn’t be happier with Welbrook caring for my mom. It is a great relief knowing how well she is being treated there. Thank you all!!

From the moment we arrived, David, Valerie and the entire staff treated my mother and our family with compassion, respect, and kindness, ensuring that my mother feels comfortable every day. The facility is always clean and very well maintained, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. All of the residents appear to be happy, engaged and peaceful. The staff goes above and beyond making my family feel like my beloved mother is a top priority. Whenever I leave I know that I don’t have to worry about her which is the greatest gift that my family could ever receive.
