Moving a loved-one into a memory care unit is a necessity, not something anyone wants to do. Having tried other facilities and lots of researching, the Groves has been great. The facility is in excellent condition and the staff constantly helpful and aware of the needs of the residents. Special thanks to Alma Gomez the Medical director who helped with the transition of my parent during a time of crisis.

We are so very grateful for the Groves of Tustin. Renee and Liana went over and beyond to ensure a smooth transition for my mother in law. She is extremely happy as she is well cared for by the loving staff there: admin, nurses, med techs, dining staff, activities, physical therapists, front-desk..everyone I've met there is so helpful, caring and kind. We have peace of mind knowing that she is in a safe and loving environment. Our family highly recommends this facility!!

Over the past year, we looked for an assisted living place for my mother. We visited several facilities in our area, Tustin, North Tustin, Orange. We met Renee at the Grove for a tour. We liked the size, seemed more personal. I think 50-100 residents. It has a nice courtyard, dining room and large parlor for group activities. The rooms are very nice., some with patios and big windows. All the staff we met were really nice. My mom moved to the Grove in August 2023. This is the perfect place for my mom. We are so happy we chose the Grove. The staff that help my mother, the staff that assisted the residents with medication, the staff at the front desk, the staff that do the activities, and the dining room staff are all helpful and friendly. "Kind" is the best one word. Attached are pictures of the monthly activities, picture of the daily and weekly menus. There are always several choices for lunch and dinner and also an everyday menu. The management staff are very accommodating to individual resident’s needs. Liana the director, Renee the sales/marketing manager and Debbie in charge of medication management really put the residents first. There is a resident Beautician and manicurist that come weekly at a reasonable charge.

This community was a lifesaver for my family. My brother, who was my mother’s caretaker living in her San Diego home, passed away last October. My mother has a mild/medium level of dementia. It was clear to me after spending a lot of one-on-one time with my mom that she would be happier being part of a community where she could have 24/7 full-time care and friendship. I wanted my mother nearer to me and after doing my research, I discovered this gem of a community: The Groves in Tustin - (within walking distance from my home!)... Immediately upon meeting with Renee I felt welcome and at ease. Alma, who manages the memory care floor, and Renee are very knowledgeable and made my moms transition into the facility smooth and seamless. Lianna has also been very helpful as well on many levels. In fact the staff are ALL wonderful. No matter who is working the front desk I am always greeted warmly and with a smile. The care staff who work directly with my mother are always helpful and consult with me concerning my mothers condition and any observations they might have. It is a huge weight off my shoulders to know that my mother is in a loving and caring environment.

Moving your parent is such a hard thing to do. The Groves staff was so inviting and helpful with the entire process. My mom and her dog are so happy and comfortable there. Thank you all for all you have done and continue to do. Special thanks to Liana and Renee who really helped me through the process.
