This review is being left on behalf of the Electric Luau team. We had a wonderful time with Silverado for their luau. Their amazing Director Jenny and wonderful staff represent the highest treatment of our seniors. Making sure that their home is truly a home for them. 10/10
With my dad having dementia, I wish I would have known about Silverado a lot sooner. The staff is amazing, they truly cared about my dad. They treated my dad like he was their family member. The nurses always stayed in contact with me. I love the communication and most of all how everyone welcomed you with open arms. When you walked into the facilities it was always clean and the positive energy just melted my heart. Thank you Silverado Staff for all that you did for my dad, most of all thank you for allowing me to have comfort knowing he was well taken care of Vivian❤️
My mom previously lived at another Silverado that was poorly managed. Since moving her to this location, the difference has been incredible, the management and staff here are outstanding. Everyone genuinely cares about the residents. Not only are the caregivers wonderful, but the supporting staff also go above and beyond, often helping outside their regular responsibilities to ensure every resident’s needs are met. This place has truly been a lifesaver in helping care for my mom.
Silverado is the most caring memory care home we’ve experienced. Our mom has dementia. Her first home didn’t do much with their residents and any time we’d visited they were perched in front of a TV with no interaction with the few caregivers present. This was an EXPENSIVE place. Once we took her to Silverado we saw an instant change of environment. Every time we visit, there is a large number of caregivers there and no one was watching TV. The residents are either having a tea party, playing games, playing music, sitting in the beautiful courtyard, painting, listening to various musicians visiting, etc. Our mom is in a much better place and we are thrilled with the whole staff and experience at Silverado. They care and their residents certainly shows.
I'm a nursing student with WCU, and we just concluded our rotation here on Fridays! Silverado Tustin was a wonderful experience! We enjoyed our opportunities to assist the staff with getting the residents ready in the morning. The events coordinator had lots of fun classes planned for the residents and they have a fun-filled daily schedule. One of the most fulfilling aspects of our time here was seeing the incredible compassion and patience displayed by the staff. Thank you Silverado Tustin!
