My elderly mother moved in last November. The customer service and caring of the staff is amazing. I had been struggling with my mom to get her a safe place to live. I expected her to embrace the change from just living in a normal apartment community. But it happened in just three days. She’s a different person. She loves all the activities and has found friends and enjoys going on the outings. I really want to thank the incredible staff for being so kind and professional. It makes my heart feel good. DON’T MOVE YOUR FAMILY HERE. My 90 year old mother had so many issues from day one. The food they serve is old. The coffee bitter. The dining room staff are neglectful. Kitchen staff pretend they don’t see you. My mom’s kitchen sink overflowed 2 times. It was dirty water from another unit. Her sliding glass door handle was missing and they stated it would be fixed before her move. Her shower unit was lose too. 2 months later no repairs. Meeting with Suzie was worthless. Nothing was ever mediated. Joaquin and Ruben maintenance crew tried their best. Most of the staff were kind but they were limited. Fortunately, my mother will be moving out to go to Oakmont.
Don't come here, even for free. I have not had sheets (not even dirty ones) on my bed in days. My sleep apnea machine has not been implemented for my use in DAYS either. A really lovely place, terrible administrators.
I did a tour of this facility for a family member and the facility is warm and spacious. The inviting lobby features charming touches like a parakeet aviary and well maintained fish tank. Very friendly and inviting and i am strongly considering it as we are assessing facilities. The staff is dedicated and attentive. The residents genuinely seem happy and the facility is within walking distance to local dining, nearby parks and trail systems. The neighborhood has a welcoming vibe. Very pleased with this place!
