During our tour, we immediately felt the family‑like atmosphere and could see that this was a place where my father would be safe, supported, and treated with dignity. Knowing he will be close to his children and in an environment that prioritizes his well‑being brings us tremendous peace of mind. Lucinda at the front desk is the rudest receptionist I have ever encountered. If she is what greets you at the front desk, what goes on inside that facility? I shudder to think. I would not put a loved one here! Shame on the administration who keeps her in that position! You have her name and it was already reported. Others feel the same way but don’t want their loved one mistreated. Your choice to make her the face of your facility! First impressions are lasting!

I had the opportunity to visit and tour Brookdale Bradenton Gardens and was impressed with the overall community. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and well maintained, with inviting décor and comfortable common areas that truly make it feel like home. What stood out most was the friendly and professional staff. From the Sales Director and Executive Director to the rest of the team, everyone was approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on the well-being of their residents. It was clear that they take pride in creating a positive experience for both residents and families. I was pleased to see that Brookdale Bradenton Gardens offers options that can be budget-conscious for families while still providing a comfortable and supportive environment. The community has a relaxed, caring feel, and the team was easy to talk with and willing to answer any questions. It was a pleasant visit, and the dedication of the team was evident throughout the community.

Placing my mom in a facility was a difficult decision but she needed more care due to her Dementia. Nancy assisted us with the process and her caring and professional manner made us realize that everyone had my mom’s best interest . Sandra is always on top of mom’s care plan nurse Lori and Nadeesh are very responsive to her care. Even the head of the Kitchen Tesha is invested in making sure mom eats by providing mom’s favorite meals. Mom has become attached to her care takers Celine Gerta ,Naomi ,Jeremy, Lena ,Rita and Marie Thank You all for treating mom as if she was your mom.

This is SUCH a step up from what I have become accustomed to for my husband’s care. Here the staff are friendly and informative for me and incredibly caring, gentle and attentive for him. I would recommend anyone who is looking a facility to care for your loved one, to go check this one out FIRST!
