Brookdale is one of the best decisions our family has made. From the moment we toured the facility, we were impressed with the warm environment and friendly and caring team of professionals. Great care, friendly staff, and my mother has made many new friends. Kimberly is outstanding with the residents. Georgia is a great director. Everything is always clean and they go out of their way to make the residents feel like part of a community.
Kim has been amazing in helping our family member transition to the living facility. She has handled all of our needs and questions with grace and has made the transition so successful. She always has a smile on her face and is assisting where needed.
My younger sister is wheelchair bound now and searched for an assisted living facility that would be a good fit for her. Brookdale Vero Beach South is such a place. The care and compassion that I witnessed while I visited her for a week was awesome. The staff took extra special care of her and were so attentive to her needs. Even though at 60 years old and being the youngest resident, she is slowly becoming more accustomed to being there. The entire staff is wonderful. Especially Brendia, Kate "the great", Tiffany, Anita, Dèena, Terese, Beverly the kitchen staff and anyone else I missed!!😊 Obviously, I am very pleased with this facility. So if you are looking for a wonderful place for your loved one, choose Brookdale Vero Beach South!
If you want a small homelike environment for your loved one that is safe, Brookdale is that type of facility. Great staff and personal attention. They know everyone by name. Highly recommended. My mom has been there going on two years and I’m gratfl for this care facility.
