This is an awesome place to bring you loved one during that huge transition in their life. I can’t say enough positive things about this facility. The care provided is truly exceptional, and it’s clear that the staff genuinely love what they do. It’s a very warm, welcoming place and gives great peace of mind knowing loved ones are in such good hands.

The environment is warm, welcoming, and always clean and well-maintained. Staff go above and beyond to create a sense of community and make residents feel comfortable, safe, and valued. Communication is excellent, and there’s a real sense of trust and professionalism in everything they do.

This building feels great when you walk in. Staff have been helpful and knowledgeable. It impresses me to know that some of the staff have been there for years and the residents enjoy the activities and compliment the care team.

My parents have lived here for around 18 months. They have good things to say about the staff but they have always complained about the food so my sister and I cook a lot for them and bring good takeout. Now that my mother requires end of life care, the incompetence is incredible. We have private hospice nurses working with her but some of the Brookdale caregivers won't leave her alone. They keep waking her and interrupting her transition process. We found 2 of them laying on her bed begging her not to leave. Are you freaking kidding me?? We have involved management but it doesn't stop. So very unprofessional!
