I have always had positive interactions with residents and staff when I visit this community. Super excited for the upcoming remodel - the space will be getting an upgrade, but the people are already top notch. My mother in-law has been at Brookdale for a year. She said she never wanted to be in a care facility, but very quickly charged her mind. The care givers have been great and she has made a lot of new friendships. She is treated well they take very good care of her.
Brookdale Mcminnville City Center is a great community that is clean, compassionate and caring. The entire staff works well together and always greets everyone with a smile. The administrative and activities team does a great job planning, communicating and offering a wide array of enrichment and activities for residents daily.
I gave 5 stars because the facility, care and staff, since 10/01/2022 has been that great!! I moved my mother from her home in Alaska to Brookdale after a year had passed since my husband and I inquired at Brookdale. I have met with and spent time at length with just about everyone at Brookdale City Center and Town Centers. I also was able to meet and spend time with the residents at both places. The staff has been attentive, caring and exemplary in the last month and a half. It has been a difficult adjustment for my mother and the caring staff have been helping her daily! I know I made the right choice in placing her there. I have made friendships with some of the staff and we keep in touch. I know when I go to visit, it will be like visiting family that are caring for my mother.
