Brookdale Northwest Hills has exceeded my expectations of what an assisted living facility should be. It truly is a "home" for the residents. They make it a mission to thoroughly know the residents and their families. I no longer worry about my mom and her daily activities. She is well cared for and knows she is in the best place for her at this time in her life. Brookdale has certainly helped our family by providing the daily care for our mom.

My mother in law settled in quickly and had a great experience. We received great advice and suggestions to make the transition easier for everyone. The facility is great, easy to navigate, clean and inviting. The staff are across the board...amazing! Attentive, knowledgeable, experienced, responsive, respectful, welcoming and caring. This place is full of love and happiness. As an added bonus, the in house hospice care with St. David's Hospice were remarkable as well. Seamless care during a difficult time. We were blessed with wonderful people and are forever grateful!

My mother has resided at Brookdale NW Hills for 7 plus years. This is her home and my family considers this community as our home as well. Every care team is greatly appreciated! The executive director makes this community a success. Under her guidance, each care team is thoughtful, prompt, and knowledgeable. The dining manager and staff are friendly and treats each resident as a family member. The food is delicious, presentation is beautiful, and the dining hall is inviting. The maintenance, housekeeping, and transportation manager has many responsibilities. He manages all areas perfectly. He is willing to assist my mother and me without hesitation. The receptionists greet incoming visitors with open arms. They are welcoming and do not hesitate to assist or direct. The med techs are knowledgeable and kind when administering medications. The nursing staff are phenomenal and do not hesitate to tend to my mother's needs. The nurse practitioner is exceptional. She takes care of my mother in more ways than one can ever imagine. Last but not least, the caregivers truly are caring! They take exceptional care of my mother. We are blessed to have a supportive, loving, and caring home for my mother!
